What is the shelf life of MYFITNESS products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 9 to 12 months from the date of manufacture. You can find the specific 'Best Before' date printed on the bottom or side of each container.
Are your nut butters and health foods vegan-friendly?
Yes, the majority of our product range is 100% vegan and plant-based. We clearly label any products that contain honey or dairy derivatives on the ingredient list.
How long does shipping take for my order?
We typically process orders within 24 hours. Depending on your location, standard delivery takes between 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
Do you offer returns on food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for food items once the seal is broken. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement.
Do your products contain added sugar or preservatives?
