At MYFITNESS, we strive for total satisfaction with our nutritional products; however, due to the perishable nature of food items, we only accept returns for damaged or incorrect shipments within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process

- 2.Verification Process
Our quality assurance team will review your request within 48 hours to verify the issue and ensure it meets our safety and hygiene standards.
- 3.Shipment or Disposal
If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label; otherwise, we may instruct you to safely dispose of the product.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either ship a fresh replacement immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
